Package Your Items
Place your jewelry securely in its original Astrid & Miyu box and use the original shipping mailer if possible to ensure protection during transit.
Generate Your Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
